Be a Part of @neWorld
This Website is part of a research study for kids age 10-15 who have cancer. These children and their families can enroll in the @neWorld study, providing input that will help us make the Website more effective for the needs of young cancer patients.
Who can enroll in the study?
To be eligible for the study, a child must be from 10 to 15 years old, and have been diagnosed with cancer. The child must currently be in treatment, or have finished treatment within the past year. The study is open to residents of the U.S.
What do participants in the study do?
Participants will complete a series of three written surveys over a six-month period of time. Parents and school teachers will also complete surveys. (We'll even pay you for every survey you complete!) Some participants will use the @neWorld Website before completing surveys, and others will use the Website after. We'll send you everything you need by mail.
Are there any health risks?
No. The study doesn't involve any medical treatment. You will only be completing surveys and using the Website.
